When you book an inspection or send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a short description of what is happening, selling, remortgaging, equity release, damp you have noticed, or something else. We use this to arrange your inspection, confirm the appointment, and get back to you with the written report afterwards.
We also collect some technical information automatically: which page you were on, which advert or search result brought you here, and standard tracking identifiers where an advertising platform sends one (such as a Google or Meta click reference). This tells us which channels actually bring genuine enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that do not, and it is never used to identify you outside the context of your own enquiry.

Your enquiry is shared with our own survey and admin team, and, where the job needs it, with a vetted removal contractor in our network who actually carries out the work in your area. We do not sell your details to third parties for their own marketing, and we do not hand your information to anyone outside that direct purpose of arranging and completing your inspection or removal.
Retention
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to arrange your inspection and follow up afterwards, and no longer than seven years where we are required to retain records for accounting purposes. Data used only to understand which advert or search result brought you to the site is kept for a shorter period and is not matched back to you personally beyond that use.
