We are a new spray foam removal business, and we built it around one decision: the inspection comes before the sales pitch, always. If your foam can stay, our report says so and you keep your money.

Why we are telling you we are new
We are not going to pretend otherwise: sprayfoamremovalpros.co.uk launched in September 2026. We do not have twenty years of case studies, a wall of five-star reviews or a list of accreditations, and we are not going to invent any of them to look more established than we are. What we do have is a clear view of what is wrong with this market, built specifically to be the exception to it.
Empty is honest. A fabricated review, a made-up job count or a badge we have not earned is not a shortcut, it is the exact pattern Trading Standards has been prosecuting in this industry. We would rather you trusted us because you checked, not because we told you to.
The problem we built this around
What is actually wrong with this market
Most of the pressure homeowners feel about spray foam does not come from their roof. It comes from a business model where the "free survey" can only ever end one way: you need removal, and you need it now. Of more than 500 properties actually inspected by the Property Care Association and the HomeOwners Alliance, 35% had a defect, which means around two thirds did not, May 2025. A market built on urgency has no incentive to tell you that.
Cold calling, deposit taking, and certificates the removal company writes about its own work are the other recurring features. Trading Standards has prosecuted operations built on exactly that pattern, including a 2024 county court case in Herefordshire and Worcestershire that produced ten-year injunctions against seven individuals, with 25 victim statements and an average victim age of 77.
We built this business the other way round. The inspection happens first, the verdict can genuinely be that the foam stays, and the paperwork you get at the end is built to be checked independently, not just believed.

How to check any removal company, including us
Five checks, all free, all quick, and they apply to us exactly as much as to any competitor.
- Companies House. Look the company up and see how long it has actually existed. We will publish our company number and Companies House listing here the moment that paperwork is finalised; until then, ask us for it directly and treat any firm that will not give you one as a reason to walk away.
- The number on the quote. Check it matches the company name, not a different trading name.
- Reviews on a platform that verifies them, not a screenshot on the company's own website.
- The deposit question. We do not take one. Ask any company directly, and be wary of anyone who does.
- Property Care Association removal membership. A new credential, opened in August 2026, the first independently recognised benchmark for removal contractors specifically. Ask where an application stands rather than accepting a vague answer.

What we will never do

- We never claim your home is on a national database or worthless.The Property Care Association named that claim as fabricated in August 2026. No such database exists.
- The price is written down before anything starts.It changes only if you ask for extra work, in writing.
- If the membrane is damaged, the report says so.Foam frequently bonds to and destroys the old felt. Covering that up is the failure the PCA's new removal standard is written to stop.

Are you accredited by the Property Care Association?
The PCA opened its first spray foam removal membership category in August 2026, the first independently recognised credential this market has had. We are not going to claim membership before we hold it. Ask us directly where that stands when you call, and we will tell you plainly.
Who actually carries out the inspection?
A trained surveyor, in person, every time. We will publish the team's names and individual credentials here as they are confirmed, rather than putting up a placeholder photo and a made-up title.
